Frequently asked questions about the Ark of Osiris

What is Osiris?

Osiris is a battlefield when 2 alliances are randomly matched. Each alliance must choose 30 players to fight against the others.

During the battle, players have to attack the enemies to get and hold structures to earn points. The team with the most points wins the fight at the end.

Quick Ark of Osiris Guide, FAQ & Rewards | Rise of Kingdoms (2)

Are troops killed in AOO?

no

Does healing troops in AOO cost resources?

No, but it costs accelerations. However, if you have enough troops to deploy, you don't even need to heal them. And this doesn't affect your troops on the regular map, since AOO is a standalone game mode.

How often does AOO open?

Every 2 weeks.

How do I get 10,000+ points fast?

Participating in rallies is a much quicker way to earn points than individual battlefield activities. You can also earn a lot of points just by farming.

If you have a lot of strong marches, 5 marches at once can give you a lot of points. However, this mode relies heavily on strategies. Don't focus too much on scoring your individual points.

Can we teleport in AOO?

Yes, just make sure your troops are not in the open field. But make sure you follow the Alliance's strategy. This is a very strategic move that you will want to follow key rallies or leaders.

Any bad teleport can lead to a loss, so you have to be very careful!

If I don't participate in the AOO, will I still receive the rewards?

(Video) Ark of Osiris Guide Rise of Kingdoms : New Player Guide, Beginner Tips, Strategy, Rewards, RoK AoO

Yes, but joining the fight will give you a lot more rewards. Also, Osiris is super fun and all players must try it to see how interesting the game is!

What are the best skills?

There is no best skill as it all depends on your alliance's strategies. The most popular skills are To The Death, Hurl Stone, Mystical Formation, War Drums, Swift Stride, and Running Charge.

What is the best strategy for Ark of Osiris?

There are many strategies and each team has its own style of play. Many of them are super effective and depending on the situation, you need to choose the one that suits youAllianz. For more information see belowBest Ark of Osiris StrategyManual!

Quick strategy for Ark of Osiris

Shared by Bald Peon

So that's the strategy we've been using in Arks in k1280 for a while now. It's an aggressive step-by-step strategy that will help us smash disorganized alliances in minutes.

Summary:

  • We double enemy obelisks as quickly as possible with full cavalry troops and rescue our teleporters.
  • If we manage to capture their obelisks, our best players will teleport there immediately. Then we zero their cities to push them back.
  • However, this strategy can be countered fairly easily. If we think we won't manage to take their obelisks, we just cancel it (before step 4, otherwise we're screwed)
  • We're all always on discord and have extra viewers who can keep tabs on everything and give us real-time directions. We believe the best PvP strategy should be flexible and adapt to enemy movements.

This strategy requires a really good coordination and communication organization. Our first attempt was pretty messy, but with time and perseverance we manage to make it our own. We won the last few Arks of Osiris fairly easily.

Quick Ark of Osiris Guide, FAQ & Rewards | Rise of Kingdoms (3)

Requirements:

  • 2 players with strong rallies (capacity/commanders/technicians)
  • 3 teams:
    • 2 teams, 1 on each side with full cavalry units to ensure quick rallies.
    • 1 fights for the ark in the center with strong freefield commanders.
  • List of the top 6 players of each team on the pages. These players have priority when teleporting
  • A spectator player who follows everything during Ark and gives everyone real-time instructions according to the opponent's movements.
  • Correct voice communication system. (e.g. a Discord voice channel)

Strategy:

The battle is divided into 3 sides:

  • The middle is an open struggle for control of the temple. Players with the most powerful commanders/troops/technology will be here.
  • The 2 sides are two separate battles to control buildings. No open field battle here, STRONGEST WILL SPAM RALLIES.

Don't forget to collect resources on the map (give points), collect several points before returning to base if far away.

Plan A:Double all in

  • This strategy is a double-edged sword. It will result in victory if successful, but must be accompanied by a B plan in the event of failure.
  • This strategy cannot be aborted to Plan B once STEP 4 has begun. Be sure of success before you start step 4.
  • This strategy is executed separately on both sides. The failure of one does not mean the failure of the other.
  • The team that fails has the option to help the other team or move on to PLAN B
Step 11. Send the main troops around your obelisk to be ready to fill the first gathering.
2. Send out Tier 1 cavalry to quickly capture your team's buildings
step 2Once your obelisks are conquered:

1. Everyone can't teleport. When you first capture an Obelisk, you get 5 teleports to an alliance + 2 every 5 minutes.
2. Once Obelisks are captured, RedRallyLeader and BlueRallyLeader will teleport. NO ONE ELSE

step 3First rallies:

1. Whale_1 and Whale_2 immediately start rallies on the enemy obelisks.
2. By following STEP 1, red and blue team players should be able to fill rallies 100% with T4 immediately. NO WAITING.
3. Green team can attend the first rallies but must be present in the middle when the arks open.
4.- PLAYERS WHO CANNOT PARTICIPATE SHOULD FOLLOW HIM

step 4If the enemy obelisks are easily captured:

1. RedRallyLeader and BlueRallyLeader and top 12 players teleport to enemy obelisk
2. Other players should have followed the rally and be present with their troops to reinforce/defend rallies.
3. RedRallyLeader and BlueRallyLeader start rallies in the opposing cities and null all of them who have teleported.

Top 12 Spieler: BlueRallyLeader, Player1, Player2, Player3, Player4, Player5, RedRallyLeader, Player6, Player7, Player8, Player9, Player10

Following

  • Teleport whenever you can. (You don't need to recall your troops to your city, just sending them to a building is enough.)
  • Gather Resources: Gather several points before returning to town if you haven't already teleported
  • Watch out for roaming players (guard collectors and backdoors)
  • FILL RALLIES

Plan B: When plan A fails

If Plan A was canceled before STEP 4 began (ie: teleports are still available): Multiple choices are possible depending on enemy movement.

Step 11. Follow the teleport priority to teleport to our obelisk (see teleport list: Plan A/Step4)
2. Defend targets against hostile assemblies
step 2Adapt to enemy movements

1. Enemies Attack: Collect and defend buildings
2. Enemies focus Ark: Help Green team when they need help.
Else: Start rallies on their buildings
3. Defend enemies or focus on the other side: collect their buildings
or help the other team.

Ark of Osiris Introduction

Quick Ark of Osiris Guide, FAQ & Rewards | Rise of Kingdoms (6)

The story begins with the assassination of the Lord of Silence, Osiris, by his greedy brother Seth. To ensure Osiris would never return, Seth sealed his body in a coffin and threw it into the Nile. Iset, wife of Osiris, turned into a bird and flew over Egypt while desperately searching for her husband's corpse. After many difficulties, Iset found what she was looking for. She built a temple in which to place the Ark of Osiris and began preparing the reincarnation ritual that would bring him back to life. Overcome with anger, Seth assembled a mighty army to conquer the Ark and put an end to Iset's plan.

Governors become followers of Seth fighting to maintain his rule over the land, or followers of Iset helping her in her quest to revive the Lord of Silence.

The choices you make and the power you bring to these battlefields will decide the fate of these ancient gods and their eternal kingdom.

battlefield rules

The combat mechanics in the Ark of Osiris battlefields are generally identical to those in kingdoms.

Unrestricted troop movement is available for all fighters within the battlefields.

Conquer structures on the battlefield to gain alliance points and individual points. Certain structures (Shrines of War/Shrines of Life) can also provide positive effects to your alliance.

Killing enemy troops while defending buildings or during field battles earns 40 single points per 10,000 units killed. Killing enemy troops while attacking buildings earns 80 individual points for every 10,000 units killed. Alliance points are not awarded for killing troops.

Successfully escorting the Ark of Osiris to a building not occupied by enemy forces will award a huge amount of points. The number of points awarded for a successful escort increases each time the Ark of Osiris respawns.

Each alliance has a maximum of 20 teleport chances. These teleportation opportunities are shared by the alliance and can be used by any fighter. The first occupation of an obelisk grants 5 additional teleport chances, while occupation of a previously occupied obelisk grants 2 teleport chances. While occupied, Obelisks will provide additional teleport opportunities for the occupying alliance over time.

Troops are not killed during Ark of Osiris battles, instead they are injured and hospitalized. On the battlefields, the hospital capacity is unlimited and healing troops does not consume resources. Any wounded units in the hospital will recover immediately upon exiting the battlefield.

Warcamps defeated by a siege burn very quickly. If the fire is not extinguished in time, your city may be sent back to the safe area.

Governors who leave the battlefield while combat is in progress will have their individual points reset to zero and will not be able to re-enter the battlefield for 15 minutes.

Buffs from Alliance Technologies, Alliance Titles, Individual Technologies, Commander Talents, VIP Bonuses, Civilization Bonuses, City Buildings, City Themes, and certain items will take effect on the Ark of Osiris Battlegrounds.

Buffs from Kingdom Titles, Holy Sites, Kingdom Buffs, and Runes do not take effect on the Battlegrounds.
